This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Proactively identifying and addressing material changes in high-risk customer behavior before they result in significant margin or exposure issues.

• Crafting and implementing customized trading strategies for high-stakes accounts to maximize profitability while effectively managing risk.

• Providing comprehensive, data-driven performance reports and actionable insights during regular meetings with stakeholders.

• Conducting thorough monitoring of customer activities to detect syndicates and coordinated efforts utilizing new methods to clear accounts.

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing Hypercare team equipped with strong commercial judgment and analytical expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in High Value Customer Analysis, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated success in managing high-performing teams and nurturing talent.

• Profound understanding of trading principles, risk management frameworks, and the dynamics of the sports betting market.

• Advanced analytical capabilities with a focus on customer behavior analysis and the development of data-driven strategies.

• Significant experience in managing high-value accounts with a substantial business impact.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and communicating effectively with senior leadership.

• Proven track record of enhancing operational processes and driving continuous improvements.

• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to take ownership of outcomes rather than merely activities.
