Manager, TMF

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage team operations, which includes effectively allocating staff resources, assigning tasks, ensuring quality control of project outputs, and guaranteeing timely delivery of project outcomes.

• Strive to meet and surpass client expectations by recruiting, retaining, and nurturing a skilled, experienced, and motivated workforce.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

• Perform a comprehensive range of responsibilities related to the leadership, management, and development of the team, ensuring their performance aligns with and exceeds both organizational and individual goals/objectives.

• Engage in formal staff evaluation processes, such as performance assessments and salary reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in trial master file coordination or equivalent experience in the clinical field.

• Previous experience in personnel management.

• A degree in biological science, pharmacy, or another health-related discipline is preferred, or a relevant clinical or business equivalent.
