This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The **PRISM Platform** **System Administrator** is tasked with managing change, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of the organization's GRC platform to facilitate effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance processes.
• This role guarantees that the system functions reliably, securely, and conforms to business and regulatory standards.
• The administrator collaborates closely with risk, compliance, audit, IT, and business teams to design and develop efficient workflows, ensure data integrity, reporting, and control monitoring within the GRC tool.
• They serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert for the platform, providing support for system enhancements, integrations, and user adoption.
• Assess and analyze business requirements in relation to existing and proposed systems, offering a recommended approach through the relevant application teams.
• Conduct an analysis of the impact of functional requirement changes on existing systems.
• Manage and drive the documentation of solutions to the business (System Requirement Specifications - SRS) that outline deliverables to meet requirements.
• Ability to comprehend the Functional and Technical Design Specifications and assist the business.
• Actively engage in issue resolution activities by guiding and aiding the development team while fostering a positive functional relationship with development teams.
• Grasp the Business requirements from the Bank to enable IT to effectively translate and prepare the Requirement Specifications & Functional specifications.
• Possess FLEXCUBE knowledge and functional expertise.
• Provide status reporting and senior management updates.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's internal processes and procedures.
• Offer guidance, information, and instruction to other IT staff requiring broader subject knowledge.
• Experience in cross-border team management.
• Strong business orientation and domain knowledge to understand user requirements.
• Excellent organizational, team-building, and leadership skills.
• Engineer/Post Graduate with 12-14 years of experience in project/program management within financial services.
• Hands-on experience and implementation expertise in core banking/FLEXCUBE.
• 2-3 years of experience in team management, project management, and program implementation.
• Knowledge of the banking domain is essential.
• Experience in product design and implementation related to business requirements.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC process.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Background in Banking Operations, specifically in Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, and other related banking channels.
• Familiarity with manual testing of banking software applications is a plus.
• Experience in Banking Production Support is advantageous.
• Excellent project management experience.
