This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report to the Associate Director of Technology Enablement and execute the organization's strategy for digital product and service enablement on a daily basis.
• Ensure that staff possess the necessary knowledge, resources, and support to effectively adopt and utilize enterprise systems.
• Assist in the delivery of training, development of enablement content, and management of user support operations.
• Oversee the intake, prioritization, and execution of initiatives related to enablement.
• Convert system and process modifications into clear, user-centered experiences that promote adoption and minimize friction.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of training sessions and learning experiences related to systems and tools.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to transform technical and process changes into easily understandable, user-ready materials.
• Define and monitor success metrics for training (adoption, engagement, proficiency) and continuously improve methods based on insights.
• Establish and uphold standards for documentation, training materials, and user-facing content to maintain consistency and quality.
• Manage the lifecycle of SOPs, guides, and enablement assets, ensuring that content is accurate, accessible, and streamlined.
• Coordinate updates across various platforms (e.g., knowledge bases, intranet, tools like Spekit) to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables for system rollouts, process changes, and training initiatives.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders to guarantee successful delivery.
• Analyze user support trends and request data to pinpoint systemic issues, training gaps, and opportunities for proactive enablement.
• Implement scalable solutions (training, documentation, process enhancements) to decrease support volume and enhance user experience.
• Serve as a feedback conduit between end users and system owners to guide ongoing enhancements.
• Assist with other Data & Technology initiatives as required, such as imports, reporting, and data quality projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in supporting training, documentation, user support, or technology enablement initiatives.
• Proven experience in delivering training and/or creating documentation for systems tailored to audiences with diverse levels of technical proficiency.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate projects or initiatives, including task organization, progress tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong aptitude for translating technical concepts and process changes into clear, user-friendly materials.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and see deliverables through to completion.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within teams.
• Passion for enhancing user experience through training, documentation, and support.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working with enterprise systems and platforms, preferably in a nonprofit setting, including fundraising platforms, CRMs, and other operational tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, Luminate Online, Spekit, Camtasia, or similar).
