This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the team members of the BeyondTrust University staff.
• Review both public and private courses to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to delivery standards.
• Address any customer escalations related to training scheduling or delivery.
• Assist in resolving technical issues that impact the delivery of training courses.
• Collaborate with other training leaders to enhance existing processes.
• Cultivate relationships between instructors and other members of the training team.
• Keep instructors informed about upcoming changes in processes and products.
• Manage both new and ongoing projects and programs.
• Mentor both new and current instructors.
• Provide constructive feedback to instructors regarding their training methods and delivery.
• Contribute to enhancing BeyondTrust University's reputation within the broader organization by establishing connections with other teams and departments.
• Evaluate existing and new training materials for technical accuracy and alignment with BeyondTrust initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of technical experience in the software industry.
• More than 3 years of experience in leading technical teams.
• At least 10 years of experience in delivering technical training.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Approachable, yet knowledgeable training style.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in products and processes.
