Manager, Technical Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise Technical Program Managers, BI Engineers, and Release Managers.

• Facilitate the effective implementation of essential, cross-functional programs.

• Develop strong processes and synchronize business and technical teams.

• Oversee extensive technical programs involving cloud software and networking hardware.

• Direct the complete release management process.

• Handle all sprint-related tasks, including backlog grooming and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.

• More than 10 years of experience in technical program management.

• At least 6 years in senior leadership positions within the networking and cloud technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

• Extensive experience in high-tech networking, cloud infrastructure, or related fields.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
