Manager, Technical Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of technical professionals to deliver solutions for both internal and external clients.

• Assess client requirements and create a strategy and proposal for the successful execution of project solutions.

• Supervise the discovery and development of technology solutions for clients utilizing company products, outsourced technologies, or proprietary tools and techniques.

• Manage the coordination of activities with accountability for outcomes, including costs, methodologies, and staffing.

• Promote and share knowledge of best practices in application development.

• Act as a point of escalation for technical issues and ensure adherence to established procedures and policies for resolution.

• Identify opportunities to enhance current best practices and/or innovate or refine existing business processes.

• Engage in and contribute to departmental strategies and business planning initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in technical consulting and customer service.

• A bachelor's degree, or any combination of education and experience that would fulfill the necessary qualifications for this role.

• Practical expertise in leading and managing processes, projects, and tactics within a specific discipline, and well-versed in a range of concepts, practices, and procedures related to the implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions.

• Strong management and decision-making capabilities.

• Proficient communication skills (both verbal and written), with a customer/client-focused approach, strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
