This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Lead and continuously improve global recruitment strategies and processes to align with changing business needs.
• Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring outstanding performance and effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to forecast workforce requirements and implement proactive recruitment solutions.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on innovative and efficient talent attraction, sourcing, and selection strategies.
• Evaluate recruitment data, performance indicators, and market trends to discover opportunities for ongoing enhancement.
• Advocate for a consistent, positive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout every phase of the hiring process.
• Personally manage recruitment efforts for senior-level and business-critical roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Act as the steward of recruitment systems, ensuring tools and processes are effective, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external recruitment agencies and service providers.
• Mentor and cultivate recruiting professionals while enhancing external partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience along with over 8 years in Talent Acquisition.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and managing recruiting teams, preferably within a global organization.
• Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies across various functions and stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to establish relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong business insight, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in analyzing data to draw significant conclusions.
• Capability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and act as a trusted advisor.
• Proficiency in English.
