This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Supply Chain Productivity & Solutions Manager enhances operational efficiency by pinpointing bottlenecks, crafting cost-effective solutions, and implementing automation throughout the logistics network.
• This role optimizes the complete supply chain operations by examining performance data, spearheading cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that warehousing, packaging, materials, manufacturing, procurement, and transportation processes align with business goals.
• We seek an individual who excels in a dynamic, results-oriented environment and possesses a strong work ethic, strategic approach, and a sense of urgency.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in the beverage/CPG sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools. Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and data pipelines (SQL/Python) is a considerable advantage.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of EDI systems.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners (co-packers, 3PLs).
• Ability to think strategically while also being willing to engage in tactical execution.
• Demonstrated experience in formulating strategic plans and overseeing their implementation, along with the capability to analyze data and identify root causes.
• Must possess a collaborative approach and the ability to persuade and motivate across all levels of the organization—effectively influencing upwards, driving motivation downwards, and fostering collaboration among peers is vital for success.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced MS Excel skills (including Macro and Access Database).
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Exceptional skills in analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communicating complex operational strategies clearly to executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for supplier meetings and team off-site events.
