This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the company's strategic initiative portfolio, which includes tracking milestones, reporting status, and ensuring executive visibility.
• Organize executive committee meetings, follow up on action items, and track accountability.
• Maintain governance documentation, operational standards, policies, procedures, and strategic records.
• Assist in the creation of executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
• Monitor progress against strategic goals and identify risks, delays, or dependencies that need leadership intervention.
• Ensure that strategic priorities are clearly visible and aligned among functional leaders.
• Aid in acquisition due diligence processes, manage information requests, and oversee document management.
• Coordinate integration workstreams, timelines, milestones, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain playbooks, templates, trackers, and documentation related to acquisitions and integrations.
• Support integration planning and activities following the closure of acquisitions.
• Track progress against integration objectives and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Escalate risks, delays, and issues that require attention from leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional project plans and strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
• Monitor action items, deliverables, and deadlines across various stakeholders.
• Conduct status updates across departments and business functions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, reports, and updates for executives.
• Manage strategic initiative trackers, governance records, action logs, and reporting tools.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are fulfilled on time.
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and supporting materials.
• Assist in preparing materials for boards, executives, and strategic planning.
• Organize recurring executive reviews and sessions for strategic planning.
• Perform research, analysis, and reporting to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Condense large volumes of information into concise, ready-to-present updates for leadership.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business operations, project coordination, strategy execution, consulting, program management, corporate development support, or similar areas.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership while upholding a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and follow-through.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in supporting executive operations, strategic initiatives, PMO activities, governance programs, or acquisition-related tasks is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content creation, and workflow management while adhering to standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and responsible use.
