This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create a transparent and principled strategic framework to direct World Renew’s activities for the upcoming 5-year planning period.
• Assist World Renew’s Leadership team in designing and facilitating an inclusive strategic planning process across the organization.
• Act as a trusted third-party facilitator, promoting deep listening, discernment, and collective ownership among a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Enhance analytical rigor, ensure adherence to process, minimize bias, and support extensive engagement.
• Facilitate the process while preserving clear internal accountability for decisions and outcomes by the Executive Directors and Global Executive Team (GET).
• A cover letter introducing the consultant or consulting firm.
• A summary of relevant experience and qualifications.
• A proposed approach and methodology, including details on deliverables and decision points at each phase (limited to 5 pages).
• A description of the consulting team and their roles, including pertinent experience (with brief bios or CVs for key team members).
• A fee structure and budget assumptions, detailing estimated levels of effort (e.g., days or phases) and any other significant cost factors.
• The total cost of the work, inclusive of all expenses, should not exceed US$50,000.
• Proven track record in leading strategic planning initiatives for complex, mission-driven or faith-based organizations.
• Demonstrated capability to distill intricate inputs into clear strategic directions, priorities, and decision frameworks.
• Experience with international non-governmental organizations engaged in community development through partnership would be advantageous.
• Strong skills in multi-scale, cross-cultural facilitation and group processes, both virtually and in person, as well as in partnership-based operating models within complex global organizations.
• Experience in designing inclusive, participatory, multi-stakeholder planning processes.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures, regions, and organizational levels.
• Sensitivity to power dynamics, governance, and organizational structures.
• Alignment with World Renew’s values, approach, and community-centered methodology.
