This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Manages a portfolio of strategic memberships, acting as the main point of contact for designated accounts throughout the entire membership lifecycle.
• Enhances member satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth by strengthening executive relationships and overseeing renewals and contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling by evaluating current account usage and business objectives.
• Oversee contract renewals and negotiate terms to maximize the lifetime value of accounts.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and document strategic account plans within Salesforce.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key members and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategy check-ins to ensure that member objectives are being achieved.
• Manage the complete membership contract process.
• Act as a professional, high-touch point of contact for both executive prospects and returning members.
• Create and send sophisticated, brand-aligned membership communications for both prospects and active accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain and enhance business development pipelines in Salesforce and Box.
• 3–5+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or membership/partnership management, ideally within the health care sector or a professional membership organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven capability in managing data architecture within Salesforce and document workflow in Box.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot/Account Engagement) is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a history of managing multiple contracting, scheduling, and documentation workflows simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and provide high-energy, high-touch onsite operational support at premier, in-person executive leadership events.
