This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Leads and supervises a global team of Statistical Programmers.

• Guarantees the delivery of superior quality work that adheres to set timelines, budgetary constraints, industry standards, and internal protocols.

• Oversees and organizes statistical programming activities throughout clinical development projects.

• Provides coaching, mentorship, and skill development for team members.

• Participates in enhancements of departmental processes, development of standards, and execution of strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, or related fields.

• Over 10 years of experience in Statistical Programming (SAS and R), ideally within a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
