This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee standardization initiatives during client onboarding, which includes conducting operational assessments, completing scorecards, identifying risks, and formulating recommendations suitable for executive review.

• Lead the execution of large-scale customer deployments, ensuring adherence to milestones, timelines, and key performance indicators.

• Assess existing workflows against R1 operational standards and pinpoint areas for enhancing efficiency, quality, and financial outcomes.

• Assist in designing future-state workflows and optimizing processes throughout the revenue cycle.

• Create and sustain standardization tools, scorecards, templates, playbooks, and onboarding materials.

• Collaborate with operations, implementation, technology, and client leadership teams to facilitate the effective adoption of R1 standards.

• Offer post-launch stabilization support and track performance in relation to operational goals.

• Drive operational transformation initiatives that enable clients to achieve sustainable performance enhancements and long-term success.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, performance improvement, implementation, client onboarding, consulting, or operational transformation.

• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.

• Proven experience in conducting operational assessments and converting insights into actionable recommendations and improvement strategies.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in engaging executive leaders and client stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project Operations.

• Preferred experience in Epic revenue cycle environments or large-scale EMR transition projects.

• Proven capability to influence change, drive standardization initiatives, and navigate intricate operational landscapes.

• Willingness to travel 50% to 75% as business needs dictate.
