This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and sustain a targeted network of referrals from general dentists and healthcare professionals throughout Ontario.
• Carry out regular in-person visits to enhance referral connections and promote awareness of specialty services.
• Boost referral volume and internal case retention for oral surgery and endodontics.
• Act as a primary liaison between Crescent Oral Surgery, Endodontic Specialists clinics, and the wider network.
• Assist in optimizing scheduling, patient flow, and daily operational alignment.
• Advocate for consistent treatment planning practices to enhance efficiency and case acceptance.
• Recognize opportunities for service growth and increased internal case volume.
• Collaborate with marketing on referral materials, educational events, and outreach programs.
• Monitor referral activity and performance through CRM tools and dashboards.
• Track key performance indicators such as referrals, procedural starts, revenue mix, and patient visits.
• Work together with Practice Managers and Partners on group-specific performance initiatives.
• Address operational or performance risks as necessary.
• Collaborate across various functions, including field operations, recruitment, and clinical excellence teams.
• 2–3+ years of experience in business development, referral development, patient coordination, or sales, preferably in dentistry or healthcare.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth through referrals, case volume, or revenue.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with dentists or healthcare providers.
• Willingness to engage in field-based work and travel regularly across Ontario/GTA.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar preferred) and performance reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through capabilities.
• Results-driven mindset focused on growth and enhancing patient experience.
• Preferred post-secondary education in Business, Healthcare Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Dental specialty exposure or experience in event/marketing support is considered an asset.
