Manager, Specialty Product Deployment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the complete execution of new product launches and pricing modifications.

• Establish and manage thorough validation and testing protocols.

• Supervise a pipeline of product updates, enhancements, and corrections.

• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, and Technology teams.

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for deployment readiness and execution.

• Assist teams in creating documentation related to product and pricing modifications.

• Develop standardized procedures for deployment, validation, and rollout.

• Lead and nurture a team of analysts tasked with product deployment.

• Mentor team members in technical execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in the insurance, financial services, or a related analytical/technical domain.

• Background in product implementation, pricing, or system deployment.

• Previous experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Familiarity with data-driven environments (e.g., SQL, data validation workflows, analytics tools).

• Knowledge of insurance pricing concepts (rates, factors, filings).

• Experience collaborating with technology or product implementation teams (preferred).

• Execution-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Flexible and capable of managing changing priorities.

• Team-oriented, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
