• Oversee and manage all facets of client sourcing, which includes guiding internal resources, facilitating requirements, performing data analysis and research, and executing identified opportunities in collaboration with client senior management, utilizing a comprehensive strategic sourcing process.
• Develop and implement strategies for contract negotiations that encompass acquisitions, maintenance renewals, strategic cost optimization, and improvements/standardizations of terms and conditions.
• Frame ambiguous problems, create conceptual frameworks and analytical methodologies, and formulate recommendations for client execution.
• Independently design, articulate, and present well-structured and compelling final deliverables to clients.
• Generate new intellectual capital, including frameworks and analyses, to promote continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead specific operational functions and strategic initiatives within the department by formulating and executing strategic plans while managing assigned team members.
• Identify potential risks and challenges to achieving objectives and propose enhancements to approach, processes, project management/execution along with potential solutions.
• Direct and manage the consultant team to consistently achieve high-quality client objectives, contractual deliverables, and/or target results, while enhancing strategic insight/application and additional subject matter expertise.
• Efficiently manage and monitor workstreams, engage stakeholders, and provide project/program updates.
• Act as a mentor and team player, promoting the development of consulting staff and contributing to a collaborative work atmosphere.
• Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with various internal groups while spearheading initiatives that promote a safe, open, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
• Utilize the global organizational framework to operationalize tactical client delivery.
• Travel as necessary to client locations, not exceeding 25% of working time.
• Proven experience in managing and leading project teams and stakeholders, with the ability to manage remote personnel.
• Outstanding project/change management, execution, and implementation capabilities.
• Exceptional business acumen, presence, time management, and interpersonal/communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong complex analytical skills with experience in conducting both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• 4-6+ years of pertinent consulting experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems is required.
• An MBA and/or PMP (or similar certifications) is preferred.
