This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing team of AML Solutions Sales Executives throughout the Americas region.
• Propel regional AML business performance, focusing on pipeline expansion, strategic opportunity management, and achieving bookings goals.
• Equip the team with scalable, value-driven sales methodologies, competitive positioning, and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define and implement AML go-to-market strategies and regional sales initiatives.
• Serve as a senior escalation point and executive sponsor for strategic customer interactions and high-priority opportunities.
• Work alongside Product, Services, Marketing, and Industry SMEs to recognize market trends, customer requirements, and new solution prospects.
• Ensure the team successfully positions Actimize solutions against competitors while aligning offerings with customer business objectives.
• Assist in managing complex sales cycles through deal strategy, executive presentations, proposal evaluations, and customer relationship management.
• Cultivate operational rigor surrounding forecasting, pipeline assessment, opportunity advancement, and consistent sales execution.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous learning, and customer-centricity within the team.
• Provide leadership insight into market dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and regional business performance.
• Over 10 years of experience in Financial Crime/AML within a Financial Institution, Software Vendor, or industry consulting firm.
• More than 5 years of leadership or management experience in enterprise software sales, solutions sales, presales, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of leading teams responsible for selling intricate enterprise software solutions and services.
• Strong comprehension of AML, Fraud, Compliance, or Financial Crime solutions within the banking, brokerage, payments, or insurance sectors.
• Experience in managing lengthy and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive buyers.
• Exceptional ability to coach teams on value-based selling, strategic account management, and competitive positioning.
• Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth, achieving bookings targets, and enhancing regional sales performance.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement capabilities.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Services, Marketing, and Sales Leadership teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise contract negotiations and revenue recognition principles.
