This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take charge of slots performance reporting and GGR tracking by developing dashboards, highlighting trends, and ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date.
• Oversee RTP across the portfolio, identifying and flagging high-risk titles while escalating issues that require governance intervention.
• Manage the end-to-end coordination of new game launches, starting from supplier briefings through to the go-live phase.
• Contribute to CRM and bonus campaigns, which include free spins, featured game placements, and the planning of promotional calendars.
• Perform frequency gap analyses to pinpoint underperforming windows and uncover commercial opportunities.
• Execute player behavior analysis by examining session patterns, loss trends, and responsible gambling indicators on specific titles.
• Assist in detecting bonus abuse within the slots vertical.
• Collaborate with our Supplier Relations lead regarding content pipelines, commercial agreements, and the selection of exclusive games.
• Organize supplier creative materials for utilization across marketing and on-site displays.
• Contribute to roadmap development in partnership with the broader Commercial and Product teams.
• Leverage AI tools, such as Claude and automation workflows, to enhance reporting, reveal insights, and minimize manual tasks.
• Possess a robust analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and effectively communicating findings.
• Have experience in a role related to reporting, commercial, product, or marketing where performance tracking played a central role.
• Display confidence in using modern reporting tools and a readiness to embrace AI-driven workflows (such as Claude and automation tools).
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, easily noticing discrepancies and following through on them.
• Possess strong communication skills, capable of translating data into clear and concise updates for non-technical stakeholders.
• Show a genuine interest in casino and slots content, where commercial instinct and curiosity are valued more than extensive domain knowledge from the outset.
