Manager, Site Payment Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a diverse global Site Payment Services team.

• Manage team performance through consistent feedback, appraisals, and recognition.

• Enhance team capabilities through technical support, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

• Oversee comprehensive site payment management processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate setup of funds and payments for Investigator invoices.

• Implement process enhancements in collaboration with management and trainers.

• Respond to team inquiries efficiently and accurately.

• Monitor project-specific training and document lessons learned.

• Prepare monthly dashboards and regular reports for senior management review.

• Track team productivity, quality metrics, and ensure alignment in time reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in a Clinical Research Organization, Finance/Accounting function, or a related field.

• Experience in Site Payments is highly beneficial.

• At least 1+ years of management experience with a solid track record of team leadership.

• Proficient in onboarding, mentoring, and coaching direct reports.

• Strong financial management knowledge and acumen.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Capability to lead and motivate team members to achieve departmental and corporate objectives.

• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and web-based IT systems.

• Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude towards managing multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working in matrix environments and collaborating across various teams.

• Patient, quality-focused, and client-centric mindset.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Advanced to excellent proficiency in English for non-native speakers.
