Manager Service Portfolio – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Propel sustainable and profitable expansion of Lawo’s global service and SLA offerings.

• Position services as a fundamental, recurring revenue source for the organization.

• Design scalable, customer-focused solutions with distinct and valuable propositions.

• Enhance long-term customer loyalty and retention through engaging service models.

• Assume complete commercial responsibility (P&L) for the service and SLA sector.

• Formulate and implement the global service strategy and portfolio roadmap.

• Create pricing, packaging, and contract frameworks that meet market demands.

• Spearhead go-to-market initiatives in close partnership with Sales and Marketing.

• Empower sales teams and provide active support for intricate deals and customer negotiations.

• Work collaboratively with Operations, Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure effective execution.

• Establish, monitor, and continuously enhance key performance indicators (e.g., revenue, margin, renewals, upsell).

• Extensive experience in commercial roles focused on services, SLAs, or recurring revenue frameworks.

• Experience in a technical B2B setting (e.g., broadcast, media technology, or related industries).

• Strong grasp of pricing, business cases, and contract frameworks.

• Strategic innovator with a practical, action-oriented approach.

• Effective communicator capable of aligning stakeholders across various functions and regions.

• Proficient in navigating a matrix organization and driving results without direct authority.

• Analytical, organized, and highly results-driven.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to develop and expand new business ventures.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30–50% of the time to meet business needs and collaborate across global locations.
