Manager, Service Line Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, the Training Manager will be responsible for developing, improving, and executing functional training for both new and experienced team members across all Aspirion service lines and related technology systems.

• Collaborates closely with leaders from the People Team and Operations to provide effective, performance-oriented learning experiences.

• Aids in the advancement of the training strategy toward scalable, technology-driven learning, including simulation-based, self-paced, and automated training solutions.

• Manages the performance of Instructors, overseeing timekeeping, scheduling, and development planning.

• Coordinates and supervises the delivery of service-line training for new hires, creating and refining delivery plans, activities, simulations, and skill assessments.

• Implements simulation-based training experiences, integrates adaptive learning methods, and tracks the daily progress of learning programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience (required)

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering training within a corporate environment (required)

• 1-3+ years of experience in developing curriculum, instructional content, and/or job aids (required)

• Proven experience in building or transforming training programs towards self-paced, simulation-based, or technology-enabled models

• Familiarity with leveraging data and analytics to enhance time to proficiency and training effectiveness

• Experience in supporting operational or performance-driven training settings, utilizing cutting-edge technologies (preferred)

• Background in Medical Revenue Cycle Management (preferred)

• CPTD Certified Professional in Talent Development Certification or other recognized training certification (preferred)
