This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that are in line with the organization’s marketing goals and the needs of the target audience.
• Keep abreast of SEO trends and algorithm changes to modify strategies as necessary.
• Manage client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions to ensure smooth experiences and maximize account potential through innovative ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise an SEO team, establishing clear objectives and KPIs.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous enhancement of SEO practices.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and optimizations to improve website structure, speed, and mobile usability.
• Collaborate with web development teams to implement required modifications.
• Partner closely with content teams to guide keyword research, optimize content, and create SEO-friendly material.
• Ensure that the content strategy is consistent with SEO objectives and user search intentions.
• Equip clients with the expertise and confidence to discuss strategic directions and decisions, reinforcing their trust in our capabilities.
• Maintain and utilize a deep understanding of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices within the client's business and the broader industry to enhance client strategies and recommendations.
• Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• 5-7 years of experience in SEO positions with a proven history of executing successful campaigns.
• Management experience is preferred.
• Proven success in analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across various clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work efficiently with both external and internal teams.
