Manager, Senior Manager – Global Category Lead, HR & Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee sourcing and negotiations for significant expenditure opportunities in HR Services, Translation Services, and Printing Services.

• Enhance the supply base and manage associated costs for all relevant expenditures.

• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with essential stakeholders throughout the US, Europe, and other international markets.

• Aid in the management of contracts and supplier performance for key vendors.

• Formulate forward-thinking category strategies for relevant expenditures that align with business objectives and procurement best practices.

• Establish and maintain systematic stakeholder relationships across HR and various business functions.

• Create and execute the appropriate approach to category management for HR Services, Translation Services, and Printing Services.

• Oversee multi-year category roadmaps and a pipeline of sourcing projects.

• Lead and assist strategic sourcing initiatives aimed at risk mitigation, quality assurance, and achieving cost targets across all relevant categories.

• Utilize a standardized framework to categorize suppliers and implement supplier relationship management programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• For the Senior Manager position, a BA/BS with 7+ years of overall experience or an MA/MS with 5+ years of overall experience is required.

• For the Manager position, a BA/BS with 5+ years of overall experience or an MA/MS with 4+ years of overall experience is required.

• Capability to personally achieve goals and responsibilities while effectively engaging cross-functional stakeholders.

• Prior experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement in a global context, with a solid understanding of indirect procurement, particularly in service categories.

• Knowledge and prior experience with procurement platforms, spend analytics, Ariba, MS Office, and SAP.

• Domestic and occasional international travel is necessary.
