This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

• Lead and oversee the Demand Planning workstream as part of the Logility implementation initiative.

• Serve as the main point of contact between business units, IT, and implementation partners regarding all Demand Planning matters.

• Facilitate the definition and execution of the future-state Demand Planning process.

• Ensure that business requirements are aligned with system design and the overall scope of the program.

• Manage the workstream plan, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and tracking of progress.

• Oversee data preparation, business validation, and testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ensure readiness for the cutover and assist with the execution of go-live activities.

• Lead the hypercare phase, which includes issue resolution, user support, and transition to operational status.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Logility, specifically the Demand Planning module.

• Proven experience in end-to-end Logility implementation, covering design, build, testing (UAT), cutover, and hypercare phases.

• A minimum of 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Planning, with a strong focus on system-driven planning.

• In-depth knowledge of forecasting methodologies, demand planning processes, and KPI frameworks.

• Significant experience with planning data structures, master data management, and validation/testing during system implementations.

• A successful history of leading or representing the business in cross-functional transformation projects involving IT and external partners.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, an ownership mindset, and the ability to drive delivery in complex, fast-paced project settings.
