This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead strategic planning, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and forecasting processes at the country level in accordance with regional governance.
• Manage the cadence of leadership meetings, including agendas and follow-up execution.
• Integrate forecasts, sales, and market inputs from regional sales leaders to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Create high-quality materials that are ready for executive review and leadership forums.
• Foster a high-performance culture that is accountable and customer-focused.
• Oversee commercial KPIs, dashboards, and standardized performance reporting.
• Convert data into insights, trends, and clear recommendations to aid leadership decision-making.
• Identify performance gaps and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to drive execution excellence, including segmentation and account planning.
• Establish and scale best practices and operational standards throughout the organization.
• Lead cross-functional and regional projects to enhance execution and operational effectiveness.
• Manage pricing governance in collaboration with regional pricing teams.
• Ensure strong alignment across functions through structured operating rhythms.
• Develop, oversee, and maintain SMART metrics to guide commercial performance and behaviors.
• Lead and cultivate analyst resources, ensuring a clear flow of information between field teams and leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance, Business Operations, or Marketing/Sales.
• At least 3 years of experience within the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Willingness to travel regularly (30%).
