This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of sales professionals dedicated to acquiring new financial clients.
• Establish clear performance standards, offer coaching, and carry out regular performance evaluations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet new logo acquisition objectives across both commercial and enterprise sectors.
• Identify and prioritize target accounts and market opportunities within the financial industry.
• Drive pipeline creation and management to ensure steady revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to enhance the customer acquisition process.
• Own and surpass quarterly and annual new business revenue goals.
• Manage intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with financial institutions.
• Negotiate and finalize high-value contracts with both commercial and enterprise healthcare clients.
• Maintain precise forecasting and reporting on sales activities and pipeline status.
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
• Comprehend the unique needs and challenges faced by financial organizations.
• Utilize industry expertise to effectively position solutions and establish credibility with prospects.
• Over 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in finance, including at least 2 years in a management position.
• Proven track record in acquiring new logos across both commercial and enterprise sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building, leading, and expanding high-performance sales teams.
• Strong grasp of complex sales methodologies and consultative selling techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including key stakeholders, purchasing processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel 20% or more; position is open to location/remote work.
