
Manager, Sales Enablement – Partner Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Take ownership of and drive monetization key performance indicators (KPIs) across all partner operations, including conversion rate, revenue per lead, and revenue per hour.
• Analyze performance trends to uncover opportunities for enhancing sales effectiveness and improving customer outcomes.
• Establish performance targets and ensure alignment with partners to meet business objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews with partner organizations and implement accountability through structured action plans.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of sales training materials, playbooks, scripts, and call/chat flows.
• Ensure that all enablement content is standardized, current, and consistently deployed across partners.
• Lead the implementation of new monetization strategies, offers, and campaigns through structured training programs.
• Equip partners to deliver effective training via their master trainers and internal coaching teams.
• Supervise the quality and consistency of training delivery across all partner locations.
• Establish a training schedule, certification standards, and onboarding frameworks for partner agents.
• Define and manage quality assurance frameworks, scoring models, and calibration processes related to sales and customer experience.
• Identify behavioral gaps and implement targeted coaching strategies with partners.
• Convert business objectives into clear, actionable sales strategies at the agent level.
• Continuously refine scripts, objection handling techniques, and sales approaches based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of new initiatives.
• Manage the lifecycle of all sales documentation, including scripts, flow charts, training materials, and playbooks.
• Maintain a centralized repository of enablement content to support scalability and consistency.
• Lead and mentor a team of specialists (e.g., Sales Enablement, QA, Performance Analyst).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in call center sales, monetization, or customer experience performance.
• More than 5 years of experience in management.
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Strong background in sales performance management, training, or enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through indirect (partner-led) teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with external partners or in BPO environments.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven settings.
