This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of curricula and training materials for BD Peripheral Intervention sales training initiatives.
• Facilitate and deliver training programs aimed at sales professionals.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for field-based representatives.
• Develop, update, publish, and assess self-paced training resources and online eLearning modules.
• Organize field ride assignments in collaboration with Regional Managers.
• Oversee agendas, curricula, and training content for the Sales Academy, Advanced Sales Academy, and various local, national, and regional meetings.
• Aid in the development and management of a structured Learning Management System.
• Create online eLearning materials and quizzes to promote continuous education.
• Utilize interactive technology platforms to enhance virtual learning and respond to training-on-demand requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate field training activities conducted by sales and clinical trainers for new hires.
• Update training and development content to align with regulatory standards.
• Identify, schedule, and evaluate clinical training locations for new-hire sales training as necessary.
• Generate monthly and bi-annual updates to track the performance and impact of sales training.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and field activities that enhance the productivity of the sales organization.
• Support the creation of train-the-trainer programs for subject matter experts.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, assess new technologies, and coordinate capability meetings with strategic business partners.
• Prioritize training requests from sales personnel at both individual and regional levels.
• Develop integrated training solutions that combine classroom instruction, informal learning, e-learning, and ongoing on-the-job training.
• Assist with international training initiatives as required.
• Conduct field rides, physician meetings, and participate in industry trade shows.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of clinical experience in minimally invasive endovascular and/or open surgery is required.
• At least 3 - 5 years of documented sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in selling disposable or small capital medical products is advantageous.
• Familiarity with selling BDPI devices is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge and clinical experience in minimally invasive and surgical procedures are essential.
• Ability to establish and nurture strong business relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Demonstrated success in performing responsibilities with flexibility, adaptability, objectivity, discretion, professionalism, and appropriate demeanor.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles is preferred.
• Experienced in stand-up training sessions.
• A compelling and articulate speaker capable of engaging a diverse range of audiences.
• Strong communication, organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills are vital.
• Travel is required as necessary, approximately 30% of the time.
