This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead and oversee the field sales team to ensure the fulfillment of sales goals and qualitative targets.
• Convert company strategy and brand plans into well-defined priorities and actionable field objectives.
• Track individual and team performance using established KPIs, dashboards, and CRM tools.
• Conduct regular field visits and ride-alongs with Medical Representatives.
• Offer structured in-field coaching that emphasizes selling techniques, customer engagement, product knowledge, and compliance.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback following field visits.
• Organize and coordinate field activities aligned with sales cycles, campaigns, and promotional priorities.
• Ensure comprehensive territory coverage and optimal resource distribution.
• Serve as the main point of coordination between the field team and internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Finance, HR).
• Oversee administrative tasks related to the field force, including travel arrangements, expense management, meetings, and reporting.
• Guarantee accurate and timely reporting of field activities and sales figures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and deadlines.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with the field team regarding objectives, priorities, and company updates.
• Relay field insights, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management and relevant departments.
• Address operational or performance concerns swiftly and constructively.
• Contribute to onboarding programs for new Sales / Medical Representatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and HR to execute training initiatives.
• Reinforce training materials through on-the-job coaching and follow-up in the field.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to internal standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable French regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing and/or sales force management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of Biologics products is a plus.
• Strong coaching mindset with the capability to develop individuals through field accompaniment.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and convert data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Results-driven with a hands-on leadership approach.
