Manager, Sales and Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and continually enhance the organization’s sales KPI framework.

• Develop and uphold the standardized reporting suite.

• Monitor and communicate key metrics and performance indicators.

• Ensure the integrity of data within Salesforce.

• Identify opportunities and implement automation for sales data management.

• Collaborate with the Technology team on the strategic roadmap.

• Create and oversee prospecting workflows using Clay.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence.

• Proficient in Salesforce at an advanced level.

• Practical experience with Clay or similar data-enrichment platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on processes.
