Manager, RTM Operations – Physical Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the operations of RTM care navigation, ensuring team performance, workflow execution, and ongoing process enhancements.

• Ensure consistency in operations, quality of documentation, and readiness for billing processes.

• Collaborate with Clinical, Concierge, Billing, Product, and Data teams to facilitate scalable, high-quality RTM operations.

• Oversee, mentor, and develop RTM Care Navigation staff and contractors.

• Assess workflow compliance and pinpoint operational risks that may impact patient experiences.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RTM operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a License as a Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient, home-based, orthopedic, post-acute, or rehabilitation care environments.

• Requires at least 3 years of management experience in clinical operations, rehabilitation operations, care coordination, or a healthcare setting.

• Must have experience in managing teams, workflows, and operational processes within a healthcare or clinical operations context.

• Strong grasp of healthcare workflows, documentation requirements, patient follow-up processes, and compliance standards.

• A data-driven approach with experience in utilizing dashboards, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while fostering structure, consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.

• **Additional Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), care navigation, or app-based patient engagement initiatives.

• Knowledge of CPT-based workflows, healthcare billing concepts, or documentation requirements linked to reimbursable clinical services.

• Experience with digital health platforms, app-based care delivery models, or remote patient support programs.
