Manager, Risk Services – Commercial Auto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the application of advanced risk management strategies and the execution of departmental guidance.

• Administer the delivery of Risk Services advisory, consulting, training, and educational services within a designated region.

• Supervise the daily operational functions of the department and its personnel.

• Possess expert knowledge in risk management methodologies as well as industry trends and advancements.

• Offer project and development assistance to Risk Services Solutions initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

• A minimum of a University Degree or College Diploma, along with industry-specific experience in a comparable position.

• Proficient verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in both English and French.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and effective time management abilities.

• Expertise in advanced instructional techniques, customer relationship management, and analytical skills.

• Must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.
