This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in reviewing and enhancing labor standards through time-in-motion analyses, workflow mapping, and process evaluations.
• Oversee daily workforce management tasks, including scheduling guidelines, staffing predictions, and labor planning contributions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—especially within Global Retail and Finance—to enhance the technologies utilized by stores for labor scheduling, resource planning, and operational insights access.
• Discover opportunities to optimize store processes and aid in implementing new capabilities.
• Assist in managing payroll budgets, which includes monitoring payroll performance, analyzing sensitivities, and identifying potential risks or opportunities.
• Contribute to fleet segmentation and establish store-level targets for sales, productivity, and margin.
• Provide descriptive analytics, reporting, and insights related to store performance objectives and operational programs.
• Supervise field reporting tools and routines, including the reporting processes for store and monthly business reviews.
• Aid in managing the store incentive program, which encompasses reporting, analysis, and operational follow-up.
• Evaluate opportunities, support forecasting efforts, and assess the impact of initiatives within the store environment.
• Collaborate with field teams to identify performance anomalies and deliver data-driven insights to support necessary follow-up actions.
• Work in partnership with Global Retail, Finance, IT, and Product teams to facilitate the launch and adoption of tools that enhance store and labor productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop two direct reports at the Senior Analyst and Analyst levels, ensuring clear priorities, effective execution, and continuous professional growth.
• At least 5 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations analytics, labor planning, or similar analytical positions.
• Strong comprehension of workforce management, retail analytics, and data modeling; familiarity with Kronos, ProWFM, or comparable workforce management systems is advantageous.
• Capability to construct business cases and perform inventory, productivity, payroll, and labor analytics.
• Practical knowledge of retail processes and service models, with an aptitude for identifying opportunities to enhance operating routines.
• Ability to assess financial and business indicators and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in supporting or implementing labor standards in a retail context is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading direct reports or project teams, with the ability to coach, prioritize tasks, and drive execution through others.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working alongside diverse cross-functional partners, including field teams, Finance, IT, and Product teams.
