This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead and nurture a team of Renewal Representatives by providing consistent coaching through one-on-ones, deal assessments, and call guidance to enhance each member's performance and sales efficiency.
• Propel the team to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual retention revenue goals while overseeing the entire renewal cycle, which includes pipeline management, deal negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Track sales activities, evaluate key performance metrics, and maintain precise pipeline and forecasting to guarantee predictable renewal revenue and accountability within the team.
• Collaborate with various teams including sales, marketing, customer care, legal, and finance to eliminate barriers, enhance efficiency, and implement robust renewal strategies across the region while ensuring team motivation and engagement.
• Proven history of effectively building customer relationships and successfully managing, driving, and leading the renewals process.
• Demonstrated and consistent success associated with net revenue retention and customer account growth objectives.
• Exceptional skills in relationship building and renewal engagement; self-driven with a background of thriving and guiding a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Established leadership capabilities; adept at hiring, training, and driving optimal performance of renewal representatives.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, support, marketing, operations, legal, and finance to formulate plans that achieve renewal targets globally.
• Proven ability to guide and mentor teams from price-focused discussions to value-based selling, including conveying ROI, product impact, and business outcomes to reinforce the customer's decision to renew and expand.
• Demonstrated capability to position and communicate value throughout the renewal cycle, utilizing customer usage data, success metrics, and business objectives to construct persuasive cases for renewal that emphasize long-term partnership and solution alignment.
• Proven experience navigating intricate, multi-stakeholder renewal cycles with contract values ranging from $50K to $1M+, including managing extended negotiation timelines, structuring multi-year deals, and engaging with executives to drive closures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach renewal teams through complex negotiations, managing competing priorities among legal, finance, and procurement stakeholders while maintaining strong customer relationships and safeguarding revenue.
• Extensive experience engaging with procurement teams and business stakeholders throughout the renewal process, including managing vendor review processes, RFP responses, pricing justification, and contract revisions, while aligning internal teams to provide timely, compelling responses that expedite deal closure.
• A successful track record of developing and implementing renewal strategies for enterprise and mid-market accounts, balancing urgency with relationship preservation to renew at or above existing contract value across a diverse portfolio, including deals facilitated through regional resellers, partners, and distributors, requiring the ability to manage multi-party relationships, align channel incentives, and coordinate with both the end customer and channel partner for seamless renewal execution.
