• Conduct education sessions for healthcare professionals, encompassing virtual tutorials and on-demand training, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of REMS program requirements and navigation of the REMS portal.
• Analyze and report on certification trends among healthcare professionals, while tracking overdue tasks to pinpoint educational opportunities and proactively support compliance with REMS program mandates.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to resolve compliance issues, offer solutions, and share best practices for enhancing workflow.
• Support REMS Advisors in various territories, as feasible, to promote equitable workload distribution within the team and ensure all business needs are consistently addressed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to healthcare professionals’ inquiries regarding specific patient cases and to deepen their understanding of REMS program requirements.
• Gather and assess feedback from healthcare professionals and patients on REMS program processes, materials, and technologies; provide actionable insights to leadership and relevant teams to improve processes and meet REMS program requirements when possible.
• Hold regular review meetings with leadership to keep them updated and report on customer experiences, program activities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders (including patient advocacy, sales, training, and marketing teams) to collect insights and enhance program effectiveness.
• Identify and collaborate with REMS Advisor leadership, REMS Strategy, and REMS IT to suggest technology improvements that alleviate administrative burdens and streamline processes for stakeholders.
• Swiftly identify, address, and monitor stakeholder trends and complaints; propose effective solutions to enhance experiences and outcomes.
• Provide feedback on enhancements to the REMS system and analytics tracking to guide ongoing technology development and business practices.
• Exhibit understanding of and compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies when managing Protected Health Information (PHI), ensuring patient confidentiality and data privacy at all times.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years dedicated to training delivery, specifically with expertise in FDA REMS regulations.
• A BS/BA/Associates degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships and trust with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in relationship-building, networking, and nurturing collaborative partnerships.
• Proficient in engaging, creative communication and presentations; comfortable and enthusiastic as a speaker.
• Skilled in utilizing web-conferencing tools for virtual meetings and training sessions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to inform business decisions and provide insights.
• A highly collaborative team player; able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Driven by a robust work ethic, positive attitude, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Availability to travel up to 40% as required.
