Manager, Regional Data Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the hands-on execution of a segment of KIPP's annual common assessment development roadmap within Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards.

• Create, update, and replicate assessments with exceptional accuracy, publish them to regions according to the annual calendar, and promptly address any system issues.

• Enhance and refine auditing and validation processes to proactively guarantee high-quality data in subsequent reporting.

• Implement beginning-of-year assessment readiness protocols, which include sending communications, tracking training participation, and overseeing assessment windows.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation, resources, and professional development materials to aid consistent regional execution during administration windows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, showcasing ownership of operational execution, process development, and data quality in intricate, multi-stakeholder settings.

• Practical experience with Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, encompassing assessment building, platform administration, and data management.

• Demonstrated capability to handle high-volume, detail-oriented tasks with a significant degree of accuracy, particularly under tight deadlines.

• Experience in developing operational documentation, including process guides, training resources, and system documentation.
