This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gather, assess, and reconcile lead and case information from external law firm partners into Salesforce with accuracy and punctuality.
• Establish reconciliation standards and uphold data integrity.
• Act as the internal authority on partner data workflows.
• Proactively monitor pending and aging cases.
• Facilitate document collection from external partners while meeting targets and deadlines.
• Ensure partners are accountable for delivering necessary data and materials.
• Lead weekly prioritization of the team's tasks.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members responsible.
• Provide real-time coaching to team members and engage in performance discussions.
• Serve as a player-coach by managing accounts and directly engaging with the data.
• Organize recurring monthly tasks against deadlines and monitor workstream progress.
• Identify and address process deficiencies.
• Respond to executive inquiries regarding metrics and project status.
• Offer insights on issues, proposed solutions, recommendations, and necessary support backed by data.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, data reconciliation, or a position where precision and partner-facing coordination were essential responsibilities.
• Proven experience in team management, including expectation setting, conducting accountability discussions, and fostering team development.
• Strong project management skills encompassing work sequencing, tracking multiple workflows, and adhering to recurring deadlines.
• Outstanding attention to detail concerning numerical accuracy and reconciliation.
• Comfortable presenting numerical data and status updates directly to executives without a script.
• Motivation to take ownership and enhance an operational function.
• Experience in ensuring accountability from external partners regarding data or deliverables without formal authority.
• Preferred: experience managing partner or vendor relationships that involve data exchanges.
• Preferred: background in legal, financial services, or similar regulated sectors.
• Preferred: experience in process improvement or systems optimization.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or familiarity with Salesforce data flows.
