Manager, Real Estate – Facilities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Oversee construction processes and manage warehouse facility operations.

• Handle legal aspects related to real estate and oversee the construction phase of the warehouse.

• Investigate and assess real estate opportunities to identify optimal locations for the warehouse network.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, landlords, and contractors.

• Act as the primary contact for all real estate legal issues, including the review of tenancy agreements.

• Evaluate the performance of current store portfolios and take necessary actions to renegotiate leases.

• Support store opening procedures by ensuring all essential equipment for daily operations is available.

• Perform inspections and safety assessments throughout project development to guarantee regulatory compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the expansion of warehouse networks.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate, including regulations and licensing procedures, is essential.

• Proficient negotiation skills for contract deal points with a solid grasp of industry terminology.

• Capable of managing complexity and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

• Positive demeanor coupled with strong personal and interpersonal skills.
