Manager, Real Estate and Housing Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure potential partners within the housing sector in the German market.

• Provide individualized advice to landlords, property owners, and property management companies regarding corporate housing solutions, fostering long-term partnerships.

• Assist our partners via phone, written communication, and virtual channels, ensuring a professional and positive service experience.

• Clearly and persuasively explain complex tax and financial matters related to housing.

• Actively participate in the ongoing development of our services and procedures in the housing procurement area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in the German real estate sector, such as a real estate agent, in property management, or similar roles.

• Capability to articulate complex issues clearly and convincingly to various target groups.

• Proficient use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications.

• Ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Excellent German language skills coupled with a communicative and charismatic personality.
