Manager, Quality Internal Audit, QMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the quality and compliance aspects of relevant products and processes.

• Adjust departmental strategies and priorities to meet resource and operational challenges.

• Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards as dictated by applicable regulations.

• Serve as a point of contact among Divisions, Suppliers, Manufacturing, and Operations.

• Handle complaints and create innovative solutions to address issues.

• Identify and oversee the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support the division in assessing products from a quality assurance perspective.

• Ensure that all quality-related concerns are addressed to the satisfaction of customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related Technical Field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design or operation of medical device or drug combination product platforms.

• Experience with QSR/GMP/ISO requirements or other regulated industries is essential.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
