Manager, Quality Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive quality engineering strategy across the enterprise.

• Set standards for testing, validation, and ensuring readiness for release.

• Create and implement scalable automation frameworks with a focus on API and integration.

• Construct reusable automated test suites for essential business processes.

• Integrate automated testing within Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Assess cross-system integrations and data flows.

• Establish processes for release validation and quality assurance sign-off.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business or related disciplines, is required.

• A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Proficient functional skills are essential.

• Intermediate industry knowledge and experience are required.

• Managerial skills ranging from entry to intermediate level are expected.
