Quality Assurance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Supervise the quality of interactions, systems, and processes within the department.

• Direct the quality assurance team in fostering communication and collaboration with leadership.

• Execute focused monitoring to transform insights into actionable strategies.

• Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the daily operations of quality assurance teams.

• Manage remediation plans and controls for identified performance issues and risks.

• Analyze quality assurance KPI metrics and direct improvement initiatives.

• Promote inter-departmental collaboration and facilitate feedback loops.

• Develop tactical plans aimed at enhancing training, resources, and customer experience.

• Ensure consistent compliance with workflow documentation standards and established procedures.

• Deliver performance evaluations, coaching, and implement training for the quality assurance team.

• Assist with onboarding, recruitment, and training of new employees within the department.

• Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.

• Adhere to all company policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience gained through applicable knowledge, responsibilities, and skills.

• Preferred 2+ years of supervisory experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, including for H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, and CPT.

• Possess knowledge and skills commensurate with the level of the position.

• Capability to manage quality assurance operations, performance remediation plans, controls, KPI metrics, training, and compliance procedures.
