This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee and enhance the quality of departmental interactions, systems, and associated processes.
• Create value for partners while ensuring compliance with external regulations.
• Coordinate inter-departmental communications and liaise with senior leadership on quality assurance issues.
• Facilitate an optimal customer experience through focused monitoring and insights-to-action initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify weaknesses or gaps in testing controls and operational efficiencies.
• Formulate remediation plans and strategies for performance improvement.
• Report on quality assurance performance and effectiveness to functional leadership.
• Implement performance remediation plans and controls when risks are detected.
• Supervise quality assurance team KPI metrics and direct improvement initiatives for operations and processes.
• Promote inter-departmental collaboration and establish feedback loops.
• Mentor members of the quality assurance team and manage their performance, improvement, and career progression.
• Oversee and assess training materials and programs for the development of the quality assurance team.
• Assist with onboarding, hiring, training, performance evaluations, and reward decisions within the quality assurance department.
• Execute other assigned duties as necessary.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Bachelor's degree with over 6 years of relevant experience, including previous management roles.
• Equivalent experience may be considered, reflecting the necessary knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills pertinent to the position level.
• A minimum of 3 years of management experience is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in managing quality assurance personnel and their performance.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, KPI metrics, testing control effectiveness, operational efficiency, remediation, and regulatory compliance.
• Capability to develop strategies for training, onboarding, hiring, performance, and rewards.
• Proficient in communicating quality assurance issues to senior leadership.
