Manager, Quality Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive quality engineering strategy across the enterprise.

• Set standards for testing, validation, and release readiness.

• Create and implement scalable automation frameworks with a focus on API and integration.

• Construct reusable automated test suites for essential business processes.

• Integrate automated testing within Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Verify cross-system integrations and ensure proper data flows.

• Outline release validation procedures and QA sign-off protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business or related disciplines is required.

• A minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Advanced functional skills are essential.

• Intermediate knowledge and experience in the industry are expected.

• Entry to intermediate managerial skills are required.
