Manager, Property and Housing Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and secure potential housing partners within the German market.

• Offer customized guidance to landlords, property owners, and property managers regarding corporate housing concepts.

• Assist partners through phone, written communication, and virtual channels to guarantee a professional and positive service experience.

• Clarify complex tax and financial issues related to housing in an understandable and approachable manner.

• Actively participate in the continuous enhancement of services and processes in the field of housing acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in the German real estate industry (e.g., as a real estate agent, in property management, or in a similar capacity).

• Capability to articulate complex topics clearly and convincingly — catering to diverse target audiences.

• Proficient use of IT systems, CRM tools, and digital applications.

• Ability to work autonomously, in an organized manner, and with a strong sense of accountability.

• Excellent command of the German language along with a communicative and charismatic demeanor.
