• Collaborate closely with NGINE leadership to convert strategic vision into actionable plans, roadmaps, and quantifiable results.
• Spearhead the execution of sector-level transformation initiatives, emphasizing speed, software capabilities, and modernization of mission delivery.
• Establish and oversee operational rhythms (reviews, metrics, reporting) to guarantee progress, accountability, and alignment.
• Direct high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that encompass engineering, program management, business development, and operations.
• Create and sustain integrated project plans, which include schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource alignment.
• Identify and eliminate barriers to execution, proactively addressing risks in complex environments.
• Execute confidential or highly sensitive tasks on behalf of leadership, requiring sound judgment, discretion, and trust.
• Assist in the development of executive-level communications, including briefings, decision frameworks, and strategic recommendations.
• Effectively engage with all levels of the organization, including VP, GM, and executive leadership.
• Align diverse stakeholders with competing priorities towards shared objectives.
• Forge strong partnerships across engineering, product, and business teams.
• Implement scalable processes that enhance speed, transparency, and execution quality.
• Promote the adoption of best practices in program management, Agile/DevSecOps environments, and transformation execution.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators linked to mission outcomes and organizational impact.
• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience in program/project management, strategy, or operations, or 6 years with a Master's Degree.
• At least 3 years of experience working on Defense projects.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial software technology leading complex initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience optimizing project processes to expedite outcomes.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance.
