This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of Project Coordinators.

• Oversee resource allocation and balance workloads within the coordination team.

• Assess and enhance project coordination workflows, templates, and tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery.

• Track team performance metrics, project backlogs, and key deliverables.

• Act as an escalation point for intricate client service challenges.

• Foster a culture that is transparent, open, and collaborative within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of direct experience in people management.

• More than 3 years in a project management or professional services position.

• Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and developing talent in a remote or hybrid setting.

• Comprehensive knowledge of professional services delivery frameworks, project management methodologies, and resource management.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A highly organized individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic technology environment.

• Experience in the construction sector or familiarity with construction technology SaaS platforms is strongly preferred.
