This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Maintain complete focus on one of DEPT®'s largest and most dynamic clients.
• Develop and implement programmatic strategies across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio that align with the client's business objectives.
• Manage substantial budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across various tactics and inventory to maximize ROI.
• Lead the negotiation and management of Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals with premium publishers.
• Convert complex programmatic data into actionable insights for client presentations, focusing on the "why" behind the "what."
• Collaborate with Integrated Planning and Data Strategy teams to ensure that programmatic activities are an integral part of the overall media mix.
• Ensure the technical quality of campaigns, maintaining strict adherence to brand safety standards and 3rd-party verification (IAS, DV).
• Offer guidance and tactical support to Associate-level team members, helping to cultivate the next generation of programmatic experts.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, particularly within Google Ads and DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including identity solutions, real-time bidding, and the evolving cookie-less landscape.
• Proven track record in managing high-volume, full-funnel campaigns, transitioning from broad awareness to performance-driven conversions.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, executing, and optimizing B2B programmatic media campaigns across DSP platforms.
• Proven ability to manage high-touch accounts while effectively prioritizing tasks and maintaining composure and positivity under pressure.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools; capable of uncovering the "story" behind the data.
• Experience with ad servers (Google Campaign Manager 360) and third-party verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
• Exceptional communication skills—able to articulate the complexities of programmatic to clients in a clear and engaging manner.
