Manager, Professional Services Delivery

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective delivery of solutions to clients and achieving desired business outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to guarantee successful project execution.

• Provide management, mentorship, and leadership to the team.

• Supervise the application of best practices in model and methodology.

• Serve as an escalation point for team-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in project implementation, professional services, healthcare consulting, project management, or a customer-facing position.

• Must obtain NextGen Certification in EHR, EPM, or other pertinent product certifications within six months of hire.

• Strong comprehension of the professional services landscape.
